Did you know that there is a new female Viagra pill on the market? it’s a small pink pill called Flibanserin and According to BBC news, Sprout Pharmaceuticals is the producer of the product and it is currently being marketing as Addyi. It was created for women with Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder (HSDD) a sexual dysfunction which causes lack of sexual desires. But are there hidden dangers in taking such a pill? and what are the natural alternatives?

According to Charolette Lytton from the Daily Beast, the drug was approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) despite initial dismissal due to the health complications it can cause patients. The side effects include; loss of consciousness, low blood pressure, nausea, and dizziness. Is it worth the risk? Well, the (FDA) certainly as not done enough in convincing the general public that they can be trusted. 78% of participants answered (No) when asked if the (FDA) can be trusted on Debate.org, while 22% said (Yes). This just looks like another artificial Drug the FDA has approved despite the dangerous side effects it produces. Their focus should be on approving more natural Medicine that heals from the inside out and not synthetic medications. One participant stated that ” The FDA fails to protect the public from the side effects of certain drugs.” and another “The FDA makes a concerted effort to prevent natural therapies from being approve.”.Masters in Health care stated that when the FDA approves a product, it does not necessarily expects it to work properly. This means that while they won’t consume theses hazardous medications, but they don’t mind if the public consumes them. Clearly the FDA is not the most trusted source on health which makes it even more imperative why you should be skeptical about new products like Addy emerging on the market.

Let’s now turn our attention on the natural alternatives available to improve women’s sexual desires. According to Mayo Clinic there are several reason why women lose their sexual urges and listed lifestyle habits, medications, and medical diseases as contributing factor. Dr. Oz stated that 40% of women will see a decline in their sexual urges, but proclaims that a good diet will create the right balance of hormones to bring sexual satisfaction. Your body will need natural therapies to heal itself and restore your natural sexual desires and living a natural lifestyle will certainly help to eradicate hormonal changes caused by the consumption of synthetic food and drug. Some natural foods that boost sexual energy include; Punpkin Seeds, Asparagus, Celery, walnuts, and Garlic to name a few. Global healing Cener advocates the use of natural herbs such as; Ashwaganda Root, Maca root, Muira Puama, and even dark chocalate to improve women’s sexual desire.

In concluding, Always remember that there are numerous product on the market that approved by the FDA, but are not necessarily safe to use. The new female Viagra pill Addy is a perfect example. As a result, female consumers must exercise skepticism and try natural alternates as remedies.
