Miley Cyrus was apparently more ticked off at the spring fling that her boyfriend of five months, Patrick Schwarzenegger, enjoyed in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, on his Spring Break in March, than Schwarzenegger had thought that she would be. Patrick seemed annoyed, at first, when the photos of himself with a supposed best friend’s girlfriend leaked, but then he played it off as being something that was innocent, and not nearly as wild as Miley would have acted if she was on Spring Break.
At first, when the news broke that actor and USC student, Patrick Schwarzenegger, 21, son of Arnold, had been caught flirting with a bikini-clad Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority girl in Cabo, Patrick was quick to tweet that he “Would NEVER do anything against my GF.” Schwarzenegger tried to claim that he was innocent of doing anything that would hurt Miley Cyrus, 22, but the Party In The USA singer did not seem to think everything was above board. That eventually led to the couple deciding to spend some time apart from each other, according to Us Weekly and other sources.
Miley Cyrus has definitely had more than her own share of wild moments, but when it comes to the guys she dates, she is apparently against them acting romantic with other women. Though she and Schwarzenegger are split from each other, they might eventually get back together. Cyrus was definitely hurt by her boyfriend’s brief spring fling in Cabo, San Lucas.
At first, Miley Cyrus’s boyfriend tried to get her to forgive him and he sent her romantic emails and gave her flowers. They were seen having dinner together on April 2, and their fans thought that whatever ill feelings that might have resulted from Schwarzenegger’s dalliance in Cabo had blown over.
However, it did not seem that his behavior had changed, despite his return to California following his Spring Break fling. News swirled that he had been seen getting hands-on with other women. Then, at Coachella on April 8, he was spotted in the company of actress Bella Thorne, 17.
Matters have not been helped by the fact that there have been rumors that Miley Cyrus had been pregnant with Justin Bieber’s baby at one time. Cyrus had reportedly been messing with Schwarzenegger’s head about the reports, whether they were true or not. He had not been liking the possibility that the rumors were true, to say the least.
He and Thorne had dinner together with director Scott Speer, 32, at L.A.’s Mud Hen Tavern. Thorne was quick to point out via social media that she and Schwarzenegger were just friends, but that all still did not fly well with Miley Cyrus. Her ex-fiancée, Liam Hemsworth, stated that Cyrus “doesn’t put up with crap from guys.”
An insider who is close to both Miley Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger said that the couple “still talk” to each other, but they are not nearly as open and committed to each other as they once were. What began as a fun Spring Break that Schwarzenegger went off to might have resulted in a permanent break-up with Miley Cyrus.
Since Spring Break in March and Coachella near the beginning of April, Miley Cyrus has kept herself busy by spending time with her family and friends, spending time recording new music in a studio with producer and friend, Mike Will Made It. Miley Cyrus also spent time getting ready for her musical performance at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony in Cleveland, Ohio, honoring the induction of Joan Jett, who she nominated.
Singer Miley Cyrus is taking a break from seeing her boyfriend, Patrick Schwarzenegger, after his return from a Spring Break fling, and his continued flirtatious behavior with other young women since his return. She and Patrick Schwarzenegger, the son of movie star and body builder, not to mention, ex-governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger, have split up after having dated each other for five months. Miley Cyrus is well-known for her provocative attire and lewd antics while on stage, but when it comes to the guys she goes out with, she seems to be far more conservative. It is possible that she will get over Patrick’s Spring Break fling, and his behavior since then, with time; but, for now, the couple appear to have gone their separate ways.
